She has that 'je ne sais quoi' thing about her. All it takes to cast away the monday blues is to hold her hand driving back home from dinner. I needed this reassurance this contact to realize that the rest of the week would be a breeze.

Hey hey, isn't that no. from James Taylor's? That's great one, isn't that. And I also loved his "Carolina in my mind" in the same album. Though, the point under discussion could be different here :) but as it just clicked, thought to see if the title of your post has any resemblance with Taylor's no.
This track is actually by the Beatles. The lead vocals are by George Harrison one of the few leads by him. Whatever lead vocals he ever did, the songs are memorable. I did not know that this was ever re-made after it was released in the late 60's. Google tell me that James Taylor did cover it but since he is a truly original song writer, he has not ripped off the song, he has just borrowed the first line and remainder of the song is different and his own. I am a big Beatles fan but I also love James Taylor so I will look for the track that you have mentioned.
