Hey there, you certainly have the ability to get one's attention with your content...nice to know that Pakistanis are rambling on so well...I left PAK 30 years ago and have lost touch with everything except a deep appreciation for music and poetry...I love Faiz and Ghalib...I am looking for a book entitled "Faiz in Exile" any idea if I can get it in Pakistan? I am a music collector, (I indulge in all genres of music - R&B, Jazz, Blues, Rock, ambient and trance included...and yes, Fusion too!) But my fav is still the urdu legendary stuff and I often have nights with fellow cronies who like to surrender to mystic/exotic environments such as created by us with candles and incense in abundance...where we indulge in poetry, listening to it, losing ourselves to it, and sharing our points of view on it...musicians come and give me a part of their talents, friends, their opinions...but I crave more...and more and more of this elixir which keeps my soul on fire...please let me know how I can get hold of any legendary music from Pakistan..such as Firdausi Begum, Malika Pukhraj, Amanat ali Khan, (I have quite a collection but I am sure I don't have it all of course)...I can be reached at thamid@rogers.com my name is Tessine Hamid and I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada...cheers!
